In my second feature film, ‘Escalate’ (2018), I was cast as the female lead portraying ‘Skyla’, a kind and compassionate girl, with a strong connection to God, who gains the trust of an angry and depressed boy. The movie was directed by Walter Binns, Jr. and director of cinematography was Arturo Lorde. I continue to work as an international photo model, having worked with such global brands as Adidas, Hilton, Coppertone, Best Buy, Sports Illustrated and Snapper Rock to name, but a few. 1.When did you first realise you wanted to be a model?
I first realized that I enjoyed ‘modelling’, when I was given a camera as a gift. As much as I liked taking pictures of flowers, animals and people (and I still do!), I enjoyed being in front of the camera making funny grimaces and taking selfies.
2.At what age did you first start modelling?
I started modeling professionally at the age of twelve. My parents never dragged me to any audition or so. I was discovered by an agent for MP Mega Miami on Lincoln Road in Miami Beach.
3.What was your first big break and how did it arise?
I was booked by my agent to model for a German clothing company. They thought I was very professional during the entire time of the shoot (2 days I believe).
4.What would you say is your biggest achievement so far?
Being the female lead in the feature length film, ‘Escalte’ to be released in 2018. In the movie I portrait the character of Skyla, a kind and compassionate girl, with a strong connection to God, who gains the trust of an angry and depressed boy. The movie has everything from romance to action and conveys a very important message.

I stay fit by working-out every day. I run on the beach, I do strength training in the gym and I stretch daily. I also stick to an organic and gluten-free diet and avoid refined sugars.
6.What’s your favourite food?
My favourite food is avocado toast with paprika sprinkled on top. I also enjoy green and fruit salads.
7.Any advice for people wanting to start modelling?
My best piece of advice for anyone wanting to get into the modeling business is to apply to a reputable agency. There are a lot of shady business out there, preying on the vanity of girls and boys, creating all kinds of homes and making all kinds of promises. And being with an agency will not guarantee you a modeling job. You need to know and understand how to audition. When I auditioned for ADIDAS Global, I had 600 girls competing against me for that very job. I got it!
8.What is the funniest thing that has happened to you recently?
The funniest thing that has happened to me recently was walking in 6″ heals and wobbling on set.

There is not one song in particular that describes me, but the music genre that I relate to currently is EDM.

I would probably take pictures, and work harder on my YouTube channel.

Something that many people do not know about me is that I recorded a song in a recording studio when she was just nine years old, in fact I recorded the song in the same sound proof booth as Michael Jackson and Justin Bieber.
12.What do you like doing in your free time?
In my free time I like reading books, cooking, baking and I advocate for a charity called Pajama Program. We collect new pajamas and new books and distribute them to orphanages, hospitals and foster care facilities. I also advocate for Free2Luv.org to stand up against bullying in schools and on the Internet.
13.What do you think is the most interesting thing about you?
I think there are many interesting ‘things’ about me, but an unusual trait is that I am ambidextrous – I can write, brush my teeth, and eat with both my left and right hand.
14.What was your nickname at school?
I had no nickname.
15.What three things do you need to be successful in this industry?
Three things you need to know to be successful in this industry are
1. Have a plan/goal becausewithout one you will be lost.

3. Take care of your biggest organ your skin. Always be self-confident without makeup, because most of the times you are asked to audition “makeup free”.
