Hi I’m Nina, from Bracknell in Berkshire and I am a model also doing tv work
2.At what age did you first start modelling?
3.What was your first big break and how did it arise?
My first big shoot was doing the promo day for Formula 1 when they contracted their sponsorship from Dukux and I got this through an agency I was with at the time
4.What would you say is your biggest achievement so far?
So far I would say my biggest a achievement is being taken on by one of the biggest most well recognised PR companies around and also being featured in photoshoots and at events in well known magazines and newspapers
5.How do you like to stay fit?
I train in the gym most mornings, doing interval training on the treadmill, weights and spinning
6.What’s your favourite food?
Thai! I love Thai food, especially red beef curry with aubergine, pad Thai and duck spring rolls. I love Italian food too
7.Any advice for people wanting to start modelling?
Go for it! Never let anyone dishearten you and tell you know. You will get knocked back and rejected but keep going and also people will be jealous of you along the way but the best advice i can give anyone is to keep at it no matter what. Also take unpaid work. It will give you experience and look great on your cv and also will teach you lots for future work and jobs you apply for.
8.What is the funniest thing that has happened to you recently?
I was in Tesco and picked up a 6 pack of cokes in glass bottles and dropped them on the floor and almost slipped over flat on my back in the mess I’d made! I was so embarrassed I couldn’t help but laugh to myself although I was laughing away on my own with no one else to laugh with me lol so I called my sister and thankfully she found it just as funny
9.What’s song best describes you?
Id say this changes all the time but at the moment I would have to choose – Don’t act like you know me
10.What would you be if you weren’t a model?
If I was f a model and could do anything in the world I wouldn’t be able to pinpoint just one thing but it would definitely be something where I was travelling, surrounded by people and on the tv
11.Tell me something about you not many people know?
I can so sign language and I also used to have my own horses and showjump
12.What do you like doing in your free time?
I love going out to eat and catch up with my friends and family. Whether its lunch, dinner or afternoon tea I love relaxing in nice places with good company and food and drink. I also love shopping, mostly online actually I find there is so much more
13.What do you think is the most interesting thing about you?
I think people find that out when they meet me as to look at (so I’ve been told) I can come across as a bit stuck up or unapproachable but when people meet me they see how bubbly, warm
And friendly and down to earth I really am 🙂
14.What was your nickname at school?
I didn’t really have one although people have always loved to do the “neenoor neenoor” sound at my name and still do haha!
15.What three things do you need to be successful in this industry?
A thick skin
Take care of yourself – physically and mentally – you need to eat right and stay is shape and also be mentally positive and have charisma – it’s not all about looks, if you have a good air about you and a hard working positive mental attitude and are a nice fun person, people will enjoy working with you and you will do better in you career
